The colour of the walls in the kitchen should serve as a neutral background, unlike the living room where you can be more playful with colours. This does not mean the kitchen can’t have unusual or creative solutions.

If you want to choose bold colours, try to repeat the chosen colour or at least its shade in the kitchen accessories. There is one general rule: the wall colour should differ from the dominant colour of the kitchen furniture by at least a few tones. This helps avoid the impression that the interior is bland.
